(The meat must be hung for approximately two weeks. During this time some shrinkage will occur resulting in about 35-40 pounds of beef.) |

Each package contains a combination of the

| 2-5 steaks | 2 per package normally | |
| 3-5 roasts | chuck, eye of round, sirloin tip | |
| 3-6 packages of stew beef | perfect for soups and stews | |
| 10-15 hamburger packages | frozen in one pound packs | |
| 2-4 packages of cube steak |
Beef liver included with order if desired. |
