You will find our beef more tender and lean than standard cuts of beef. For 150 years the Belgian
Blue has been in development and today the final result is an animal that is fertile and above
average in the production of succulent cuts of beef.
The Belgian Blue is a medium sized, heavy cow that has a massive muscle structure. Their
coloring is usually black and white. They have small bone structure with strong legs. The meat is
tender with a minimum coverage of fat with a high proportion of the valuable cuts.
